US$2,275 (approx. GYD 475,000). Available soon. Everything in Tier 1, plus water supply and drainage layouts for every level, fixture schedule and plumbing notes, fully coordinated with the architectural set.

Tier 3 — Architecture + Plumbing + Structural

US$2,990 (approx. GYD 625,000). Available soon. Everything in Tier 2, plus foundation plan and footing details, beam, column and slab layouts with reinforcement details, and structural notes ready for construction.
