The Quadra is a two-storey, four-unit residential building from the Aurora Homes collection by HD Design Studio Inc. Four self-contained two-bedroom apartments — two on each floor — share a central entrance and stair, giving investors and extended families a compact rental or multi-generational building on a single lot.
